Allgemeine Mietbedingungen
1. - Einleitung - Das Objekt des Vertrags wird ausschließlich zur zivilen Nutzung als Wohnraum vermietet, der ausschließlich zu touristischen Zwecken genutzt wird.
2. - Reservierung - Die Reservierung gilt nur als endgültig bestätigt, wenn die schriftliche Bestätigung eingegangen ist. Die Anzahlung kann per Banküberweisung oder auf andere vereinbarte Weise erfolgen.
3. - Preis - Der Mietpreis wird in der Bestätigung angegeben, die die Mietgebühr für den Aufenthaltszeitraum und die gewählte Immobilie angibt.
4. - Zahlung - Wenn zum Zeitpunkt der Reservierung nicht der gesamte Mietpreis bezahlt wurde, muss der verbleibende Betrag bei der Schlüsselübergabe bezahlt werden.
5. - Reinigung - Die Reinigung ist im Preis inbegriffen, aber wir bitten Sie, die Unterkunft sauber und sandfrei zu hinterlassen. Wenn Sie eine Küche zur Verfügung haben, bitten wir Sie, die Utensilien sorgfältig zu benutzen und den Müll entsprechend den Anweisungen zu trennen und zu entsorgen. Bei übermäßig schmutzigen Bedingungen werden 50 € für zusätzliche Reinigungskosten oder 20 € für die Trennung und Entsorgung des Mülls nach Ihrer Abreise von der Kaution einbehalten.
6. - Kaution - Die Kaution beträgt 200 € und kann bei Ankunft möglichst in bar bezahlt werden. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, die Unterkunft (Wände, Böden usw.), Möbel, Haushaltsgeräte (Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Matratzen, Geschirr, Elektrogeräte usw.) sorgfältig zu behandeln. Eventuelle Schäden werden in Rechnung gestellt, auch durch Abzug von der hinterlegten Kaution. Wenn keine Schäden durch den Mieter verursacht wurden, kann die Kaution bei Abreise vollständig zurückerstattet werden.
7. - Ausstattung der Wohnungen - Die Unterkünfte sind möbliert und mit Klimaanlage, Warm- und Kaltwasser, Strom, Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Wir dürfen Ihre Wäsche nicht waschen, aber Sie können einen Wechsel anfordern. Die Handtücher dürfen nicht am Strand verwendet werden, aber auf Anfrage können wir Ihnen Strandtücher zur Verfügung stellen.
8. - Parkplätze - Das Lavanti-Studio bietet einen Parkplatz im Garten. Die Bewohner der anderen Unterkünfte können auf öffentlichen, nicht für Anwohner reservierten Parkplätzen parken: 1) vor dem Gebäude auf der anderen Straßenseite und 2) auf dem großen Platz (außerhalb des Hauses).
9. - Ankunft und Abreise - Die Ankunft ist zwischen 15.30 Uhr und 21.00 Uhr zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt geplant. Wenn Sie sich verspäten, informieren Sie uns bitte rechtzeitig, damit wir Sie empfangen können. Bei der Ankunft werden noch nicht durchgeführte Formalitäten wie Registrierung, Zahlung des Aufenthalts, Kaution, Kurtaxe und eventuelle Extras erledigt. Die Abreise ist bis 11 Uhr geplant. Bei Bedarf können Sie Ihr Gepäck für die erforderliche Zeit bis zu Ihrer Abreise aufbewahren.
10. - Aufenthaltsbestimmungen - Die Gäste sind verpflichtet, die üblichen Regeln in Bezug auf Ruhezeiten von 13 bis 15 Uhr und von 22 bis 8 Uhr einzuhalten, lästige Geräusche für andere Gäste im Haus und auf den Treppen zu vermeiden, wie z. B. Schuhe mit hohen Absätzen zu tragen, Lärm zu machen, den Fernseher laut zu stellen, Stühle und Tische auf dem Boden zu ziehen und andere Formen von Lärm zu vermeiden, die stören können; Bitte vermeiden Sie, nachts zu duschen. Wir vertrauen darauf, dass diese Regeln eingehalten werden und ein ziviles Zusammenleben respektiert wird.
Der Aufenthalt einer größeren Anzahl von Personen als vorher gebucht oder bei Ankunft registriert ist verboten. Ein solcher Aufenthalt und die Nutzung der angeschlossenen Dienstleistungen verpflichtet den Mieter, einen proportional höheren Betrag als die gebuchte Anzahl von Personen zu zahlen.Aus Rücksicht auf die anderen Gäste ist das Rauchen im Haus absolut verboten. Die Entfernung des verbleibenden Rauchgeruchs ist mit einer Reinigung und einem Aufpreis verbunden. Sie können jedoch in den offenen Bereichen gefahrlos rauchen, wo sich auch ein Aschenbecher befindet.
Mittelgroße Haustiere können nur mitgebracht werden, wenn dies von der Unterkunft zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung genehmigt wurde.
Die Verwendung von eigenen Herden oder Herden oder Elektroherden ist untersagt.
11. – Kurtaxe – Die Kurtaxe von der Gemeinde Cagliari, in Höhe von 1,50€ pro Person und Nacht (ausgenommen Kinder bis 12 Jahre) für die ersten 5 Nächte, muss bei der Ankunft in die Unterkunft bezahlt werden.
